Who we are
Designplus Solutions is a creative and digital agency based in Watamu, Kenya. We are responsible for the personal data you share through this website.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form:
- your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number and company
- the service you're interested in, your budget range and your message
- how you heard about us, if you tell us
- the internet (IP) address the form was sent from, which we keep only to spot and block spam
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, deliver the work. We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to marketing lists.
Who else handles it
A few trusted providers run parts of this website for us and only process your details on our instructions: our website host, our database provider (Supabase), and our email service (Resend), which forwards new enquiries to our team. Some of these providers may store data outside Kenya, with safeguards in place.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, or to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that we delete it.
Your rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Just email us at info@designplussolutions.co.ke. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
